Project Management with Planning

- We are experienced event organizers, capable of managing operation elements like: security, traffic and crowd control, ushers, security policies, regulations, rules, ingress and egress of event attendees, maintaining communication with local blue-light services.
Venue and Masterplan CAD Design
- Producing high quality, great looking and technically accurate site masterplans for events of all sizes and types. Flexible and immediate changing of plans if needed due to circumstances not forseen.

Rally X Finland
We assisted the Kymiring Team in preparing for their inaugural Rally X event and contributed to the on-site delivery of the event.
2025 — Hungary
Red Bull Four 2 Score
We were thrilled to handle all project management and delivery tasks for the Red Bull Four 2 Score event, which took place at six locations across Hungary, culminating in a premier location for the final matches in Budapest. It was an incredible series featuring football star Dominik Szoboszlai.
2025 — MVM Dome
Superenduro GP of Hungary 2025
Our team was the responsible for the overall project management of the 2025 Hungarian GP edition of the FIM Superenduro World Championship. The MVM Dome with a capacity of up to 14,000 spectators. The record number of attendees, the high-quality show (including sound, lights, and dancers), and the thrilling competitions featuring local heroes contributed to the event's complete success.
2024 — Hungaroring
Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix 2024
We were fortunate to manage the project for Formula One, the premier class of international racing. The 2024 FORMULA 1 HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX was expected to attract over 310,000 spectators, an increase from the 300,000 expected in 2023.
2024 — Budapest
Red Bull Soap Box Race 2024
One of the most exciting projects we've been a part of was when Red Bull chose to hold their iconic global event in Budapest. Despite the challenges posed by the location and the tight timeline for setup, it turned out to be a wonderful experience for everyone.
